The problem that has arisen out of the unknown and future is the fact that Disney didn't consider the fact that they are under contractual agreements for some of their movies and shows to remain on Netflix. With the number of videos and shows that will remain on Netflix after the premiere of Disney Plus, I am convinced that it may not be worth switching. You will have to switch from Netflix to Disney Plus and then back to Netflix to watch some movies and shows. It would be more family-friendly and cost-effective to stay with Netflix and wait for the Disney movies and shows come back to Netflix.
The cost-effective cheaper alternative to Netflix will not include a number of shows and movies. Disney has promised us that a large majority of movies and shows will be on Disney Plus. While a chunk will remain on Netflix. I implore you to remain with Netflix because it may be worth it in the long run to enjoy those shows and movies that are not Disney and eventually have them return. Netflix has options for the kids to enjoy while still having shows and movies that mom and dad can watch, all on different profiles so children can remain protected from unwanted viewing of certain elements.
If you end up getting Disney Plus you will need to buy both Disney Plus and Netflix. Disney Plus is going to leave something to be desired. All of those memories, minus a few select ones that will remain on Netflix will be available to you on November 12 on Disney Plus.
